Our Founder & Managing Director, Mohammed Islam, is a visionary business leader with nearly two decades of international experience across Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Europe. With expertise in business development, operations management, and strategic leadership, he has consistently driven growth and built sustainable ventures. He began his career in Jordan (2006–2016) as a Business Development Manager, where he successfully expanded markets and strengthened client relationships. From 2017 to 2019, he advanced to General Manager in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, overseeing operations, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering strong financial performance. Since 2020, He has been based in Portugal, where he founded and continues to lead his own company as Founder & Managing Director. His vision has steered the organization toward international expansion, creating strong partnerships and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions. A natural communicator, He is fluent in Hindi, English, Arabic, and Bengali (his mother tongue). This multilingual ability not only enhances his global presence but also helps him forge genuine, long-lasting relationships across diverse cultures. MD Jakwan Ahmed Mahi is an accomplished operations professional with over a decade of experience in the aviation and manpower sectors across Bangladesh, Jordan, and the UAE. Fluent in Hindi, English, Arabic and Bengali , he excels in managing end-to-end operations, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery in international markets. He started his career in Bangladesh (2013–2016) in Sales & Ticketing, building a strong foundation in customer service and travel management. From 2017 to 2020, he served as Operations Manager in Jordan, overseeing daily operations and optimizing workflows. Since 2021, he has been leading operational strategies in Dubai, coordinating international placements, and upholding the highest service standards. With his multicultural expertise, leadership skills, and operational acumen, He drives organizational success and fosters lasting global partnerships
